Me: Mama, am plannin to go for driving classes..
Mom: Whaaaaaaaaat?? driving classes.. no way.. Astrologer strictly warned me not to let u drive any vehicle..even in no-traffic gallis( read 'lanes'). So no driving...
Me: *kill that ******* oh, fine i won't go. Don't ya worry....


Me: Mom, am going for salsa classes from next week..
Mom: Whaat dance? no, no u r not going anywhere..u n ur dirty dances..

Me: Mummy, its JUST a dance class n nothing else... u getting what i say? its a NORMAL DDDDAAAAAAANCE.. *trying to re-iterate the same old point again n again, as if she is gonna listen to me. Futile attempts.. huh..*
Mom: Dont try teaching me.. i know what it is .. i saw it on the television.. No more arguments, u r not going there..

Me: *Which ****** telecasted that? * Momma, i'm getting bored during weekends.. i wanna do something interesting rather than sitting at home..
Mom: oh, then go for music classes. learn music..

Me: * ya, ya with the nightingale voice i have* but whats wrong with dance???
Mom: It seems u'll have to dance with a partner there??

Me: Mom, its just a dance partner and nothing else.. I wont even see that guy's face after that.. Dad, tell her *Dadz giggling*Dad: Let her go.. Whatz wrong with u??
Mom: uh um eh, but u put on weight once u stop dancing!!! *Thinking, she has trapped me*

Me: *U r right. Am having an Angelina Jolie figure now* Mammmmmmaaaaaa Am going for aerobics too.. i'm not gonna stop that.... Anyways..gimme a break.... Am no more a kid
Mom: *in a li'l senti tone* ok fine.. do whatever u want.. u r not paying a ear to my words these days... go n join where ever u want...

Me: *I love u mom* Mom am still ur kid.. its ok i wont go anywhere against ur wish..
Mom: Thats ok .. Join those dance clases.. but only this time, ok???
Me: *Therez always a next time darling mother* Ya, as u say mummmyyy.. :D
